Arriving in Nepal...and getting situated.

This was my first view of the Himalayas in-flight to Kathmandu

Orthodontist and Director of Clinic Operations for the Dental School, Dr. Dashrath Kafle, met my flight at the Kathmandu Airport and drove me 27km to the Dhulikhel Lodge in Dhulikhel. http://dhulikhellodgeresort.com/

This was the pretty view as I walked to the hillside staircase to my room.

This was the fantastic view I saw when I awoke on Friday, November 18.

Dr Kafle and Endodontiost, Dr. Anil Chakradhar, picked me up at the hotel and drove me the short distance to the dental school. Here we are pictured in front of the school.

I toured their clinics and was impressed with each department.  They even have CBCT imaging and are developing 3-D printing cap[abilities.

I spent the weekend getting settled and sleeping off my jet-lag. I walked around the neighborhood and was fascinated by some of these views

This was Monday's lunch at the hospital cafeteria / "Canteen."

Sunday November 20th was national election day here. Voters get their thumb marked to designate that they had already voted.

I got my ID Badge on Monday.
